Overview

Osteodrink provides a broad spectrum of ingredients beneficial for bone health. While the doses of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D2 meet or exceed daily values, the efficacy of vitamin D2 is known to be less than D3. The inclusion of other trace minerals is beneficial, but their individual contributions to bone density are often less direct than calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and K. The 200mcg of Vitamin K is a good dose for bone health.

The Good

Comprehensive bone health support with multiple key nutrients.

Effective doses of Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin K for bone maintenance.

Powder form offers flexibility in consumption.

The Bad

Uses Vitamin D2 instead of the generally more effective Vitamin D3.

Contains Vitamin K, posing a risk for individuals on anticoagulant medications.

Potential for gastrointestinal issues with larger mineral doses.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals concerned with bone health, post-menopausal women, those with calcium deficiencies

Skip If: You have hypercalcemia or kidney stones, or are on medications that interact with calcium or vitamin D.
