Overview

This 'Organic Super Greens' product contains a very extensive list of organic greens, fruits, vegetables, probiotics, enzymes, and fermented botanicals. However, nearly all active ingredients are housed within large proprietary blends without individual dosages disclosed. With a total serving size of only 7g and the main 'Greens, Veggie and Fruit Blend' at 4.7g, it is highly probable that most, if not all, of the 28 ingredients within this blend are significantly underdosed compared to clinically effective amounts (e.g., spirulina, chlorella, matcha, various fruit and vegetable extracts). The 'Systemic Health Blend' (2.1g) and 'Fermented Botanical and Mushroom Protein' (350mg) also suffer from this lack of transparency and likely underdosing. While the inclusion of so many diverse organic ingredients is appealing, the inability to verify efficacious dosages in such small blend totals severely limits its overall effectiveness for the marketed benefits of detox, digestion, and energy.
