Overview

This product claims to provide a blend of seven different protein fractions for rapid and sustained muscle-building, enhanced with BCAA's, glutamine, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. However, the exact amounts of each protein fraction are not disclosed, making it impossible to verify if these ingredients are present at effective dosages although it provides 25g of protein per serving. Many of the claims made, such as ‘monstrous lean muscle growth’, are not supported by clinical evidence.
