Overview

Goliath Multi Vitamin provides a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals, with some ingredients at very high doses. While many of the B vitamins and Vitamin C are adequately or even excessively dosed, the product falls short on Vitamin D and includes some minerals at doses that are extremely high or in forms with questionable efficacy. The proprietary blend further complicates a full assessment of its effectiveness.

The Good

Provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin C and several B vitamins are present at robust doses to support immune function and energy metabolism.

Contains Zinc and Selenium, important for immune health and antioxidant defense.

The Bad

Vitamin A is excessively dosed (20,000 IU), exceeding ULs and increasing toxicity risk, especially concerning for long-term use or during pregnancy.

Vitamin E is significantly overdosed (200 IU), raising concerns about potential long-term adverse effects.

Vitamin D is severely underdosed (50 IU), making it ineffective for correcting or maintaining adequate vitamin D levels.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking general nutritional support, active adults, those with dietary gaps

Skip If: You are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition without consulting a doctor.
