It has been shown in one study to help improve cycling performance when 2 servings are taken during a 90 minute exercise bout. However, multiple ingredients are likely underdosed. The formulation utilizes a combination of fast- and slow-acting carbohydrates, which may help with blood sugar levels, as well as a variety of amino acids meant to improve muscle performance and recovery, which are also likely underdosed. This product's proprietary blend limits assessment of individual ingredient effectiveness. There is not any evidence showing this product is better than a standard sports drink in terms of endurance enhancement.
