Overview

This pre-workout contains several ingredients with some evidence for improving exercise performance, such as beta-alanine for muscle endurance and caffeine for energy. However, the efficacy of the complete blend is compromised with the inclusion of many ingredients at either ineffective or non-optimal doses. While some ingredients like betaine and nitrates may have ergogenic effects, the overall formula's impact is likely variable. The relatively high dose of caffeine will provide a marked stimulant effect, however some ingredients have unclear effects, especially given the amount of overall stimulants present.
