Overview

Precision BCAA offers a solid dose of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) that are effective for muscle recovery. However, the added 'Power & Recovery' blend makes it challenging to assess the effectiveness of the individual ingredients due to the lack of specific dosages. While components like prickly pear extract, Watts'Up, and Univestin show promise, their impact in this blend at these dosages for the average consumer is unclear.

The Good

Contains a clinically effective dose of BCAAs (10g) with a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine that is well-supported by research in muscle recovery and protein synthesis

Includes calcium, magnesium, and potassium which are important electrolytes for hydration and muscle function

Micronized for potentially better absorption

The Bad

Contains artificial sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium)

Contains soy, a common allergen

Proprietary 'Power & Recovery' blend lacks specific ingredient dosages

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, individuals seeking muscle recovery support

Skip If: Pregnant/nursing, have pre-existing medical conditions without consulting a doctor, or sensitive to artificial sweeteners.
