Overview

Mr Hyde Intense Pre Workout contains several well-researched ingredients known to enhance exercise performance. The caffeine dosage is very high and effectively boosts energy and focus. Beta-alanine is at a clinically effective dose for chronic use but the creatine nitrate dose is suboptimal for full benefits. The pump and strength matrices contain ingredients with some research backing, but their overall effectiveness is somewhat limited by proprietary blends and lower doses of certain key components.

The Good

Provides intense energy and focus due to very high caffeine content.

CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine at a beneficial dose helps buffer muscle acidity and improve endurance over time.

Contains creatine nitrate, a more soluble form of creatine, though underdosed.

The Bad

Extremely high caffeine content (419mg) increases risk of adverse effects like jitters, anxiety, insomnia, and palpitations.

Potential for synergistic and unpredictable adverse effects from multiple stimulant ingredients (caffeine, N-Methyl L-Tyramine HCl, Citrus Aurantium, Octopamine HCl, Dendrobium Nobile).

Creatine Nitrate (1g) and L-Citrulline Aspartate (500mg) are significantly underdosed, limiting their full potential benefits for strength and pumps.

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts seeking intense energy and focus

Skip If: Sensitive to high caffeine, or consuming other caffeine products
