Overview

This product delivers a minimal amount of electrolytes and a proprietary antioxidant blend. While the ingredients individually have some benefits, the overall effectiveness for comprehensive hydration or significant antioxidant support is questionable due to the very low disclosed dosages of calcium and phosphorus, and the undisclosed nature of the Spectra™ blend. It serves more as a flavored water enhancer with very light electrolyte addition rather than a robust electrolyte replenishment or antioxidant supplement.

The Good

Low calorie and carbohydrate, suitable for various dietary regimens

Contains some essential electrolytes like Calcium, Phosphorus, and presumably Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium (though not fully disclosed on the label for '5 Essential Electrolytes')

Includes a Spectra™ Antioxidant blend, offering potential antioxidant benefits

The Bad

Proprietary Blend (Spectra™ Antioxidants) limits transparency on individual ingredient doses

Low doses of multiple electrolytes (Calcium, Phosphorus) fall significantly short of established RDIs for general health support

Coconut Water content (500mg) is relatively low for significant hydration benefits compared to typical usage dosages

Is it for you?

Best For: Ingredients are generally recognized as safe at the provided or likely dosages., Low electrolyte doses minimize risks associated with overconsumption.

Skip If: You're on blood thinners or have food allergies
