Overview

This product has a solid protein profile containing a very high dose of leucine within the BCAA complex, however the other ingredients are present in relatively small doses which may not carry as much value. While protein and BCAAs are beneficial for muscle growth and recovery the inclusion of a small amount of MCT oil and prickly pear cactus extract may not be significant enough to impact blood sugar or satiety.

The Good

High protein content (30g) supports muscle growth and recovery.

Contains a high dose of L-Leucine (10g), beneficial for muscle protein synthesis.

Includes BCAAs (13g total) to help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue.

The Bad

Potential for gastrointestinal discomfort due to MCT oil.

Possible allergic reactions to soy or milk.

Artificial sweeteners may cause sensitivity.

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, individuals seeking muscle recovery and growth, those looking for a low-lactose protein source

Skip If: You have severe dairy allergies (unless specified lactose-free), or are on a restricted protein diet without medical advice.
