Overview

Evening Primrose Oil is a source of omega-6 fatty acids, primarily linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) that may have anti-inflammatory benefits. This product provides a substantial dose of EPO with 1300mg per softgel, delivering 940mg of LA and 135mg of GLA. While GLA may support immune and women's health via prostaglandin production, evidence for benefits related to PMS, eczema and menopause are limited. The dosage is within common clinical ranges, but optimal dosing is not established.
