Overview

ENGN Pre-Workout contains several well-researched ingredients recognized for their ergogenic effects. However, the use of a proprietary blend for a significant portion of its active compounds, particularly those impacting focus and pumps, makes it difficult to ascertain their effectiveness due to undisclosed dosages. While the doses of beta-alanine and creatine are effective, the overall efficacy is compromised by the lack of transparency.

The Good

Provides rapid energy and focus due to stimulant content.

Contains Beta-Alanine at a dose that can help buffer muscle acidity and delay fatigue over time.

Includes two forms of Creatine (monohydrate and magnesium chelate) for potential strength and power benefits, though total dose is low for daily maintenance.

The Bad

Significant use of proprietary blends (Engn® Mind-To-Muscle Matrix and the overall blend containing stimulants) obscures individual ingredient dosages, preventing full efficacy and safety assessment.

Total creatine dose (2000mg) is below the commonly recommended 3-5g daily for optimal muscle saturation.

Contains an ingredient called 'Pikatropin' which is not scientifically recognized or classified, raising concerns about safety and legality.
