Overview

PMD BCAA Blue Razz offers a BCAA ratio (2:1:1) and a Leucine dose (2g) that can trigger muscle protein synthesis. However, the individual doses of Isoleucine and Valine are lower than typically studied for optimal effects. The inclusion of B vitamins and Vitamin C supports energy metabolism and antioxidant function. The efficacy of the 'Amino Catalyst Complex' and 'Hydra-Pump Blend' is difficult to determine due to proprietary dosing, and several ingredients within these blends lack strong clinical evidence for athletic performance or recovery at undisclosed quantities.

The Good

Provides a clinically relevant dose of Leucine (2g) for muscle protein synthesis initiation.

Contains a beneficial 2:1:1 BCAA ratio.

Includes key B vitamins (B6, B12) at robust doses to support energy metabolism and nerve function.

The Bad

Suboptimal BCAA dosing for maximal protein synthesis benefits (Valine and Isoleucine are underdosed)

Proprietary blends (Amino Catalyst Complex, Hydra-Pump Blend) obscure effective dosages of several ingredients

Limited clinical evidence for some ingredients (HICA, Alpha KIC, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Tanshinones, Salvianolic Acid)

Is it for you?

Best For: Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, individuals seeking muscle recovery support

Skip If: You have a pre-existing medical condition or are pregnant/nursing without consulting a doctor.
