Based on Examine, Wikipedia, and 23 other sources

Overview

This B Complex formula provides a broad spectrum of B vitamins, along with choline and inositol. The doses for most B vitamins are substantially higher than the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), which can be effective for addressing deficiencies or supporting increased metabolic demands. However, the use of basic forms for several B vitamins and the extremely high levels of some, like Biotin, may not offer superior efficacy compared to more bioavailable forms or more moderate dosing.

The Good

Provides a comprehensive blend of essential B vitamins in a single tablet.

High doses of most B vitamins, effective for correcting deficiencies and supporting high metabolic demands.

Riboflavin (B2) at 50mg can be therapeutically beneficial for specific conditions like migraine support or MTHFR 677TT genotype.

The Bad

Potential for very high doses of certain B vitamins, exceeding daily requirements significantly.

Some B vitamins are in basic forms (e.g., Thiamine Mononitrate, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid) which may have lower bioavailability or less optimal metabolic pathways compared to their activated forms (e.g., Benfotiamine, Methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate).

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) dose (50mg) is relatively high; while generally safe, prolonged high intake can lead to nerve damage in sensitive individuals.

Is it for you?

Best For: Individuals seeking energy support, those with dietary restrictions, people experiencing stress

Skip If: You have a known allergy to any B vitamin or excipient, or are on specific medications without consulting a doctor.
